If you have forgotten your password or would like to change your password, you can do this yourself from the Account.
If you forgot your password, kindly follow these steps:
1. On the log in page, click on Forgotten Password under it.
2. You will be routed to the next page where you need to put in your email address so that we can send the new password. (You should get a confirmation saying
"Success: A new password has been sent to your e-mail address."
3. Kindly check your inbox/spam folder for the reset password.
To change the password:
1. Click on your name on the upper right of the page then select Password.
2. Always wait for a confirmation that it is successfully done.
